The 2007-08 FIBA Americas League began on December 4. The first was a round robin phase with four teams on each group. Each of the groups were played in different cities, (San Juan, Miami, Belo Horizonte and Mar de Plata). The Final Four of the league will be played from February 7 to February 9 on Mexicali, Mexico, home of the hosting team, Soles de Mexicali.
